Refund and Returns Policy
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. To initiate a return, please send an email to info@glossa.pl, providing the order number and details about the products you wish to return.
Products must be returned in an unused condition to the store address within 14 days of notifying us of the return. A refund will be processed within 3 days from the receipt of the shipment or proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of returning products is always covered by the buyer.
If the package is returned to the sender due to non-delivery by the customer, the refund will be issued 14 days after its delivery to the sender, with the deduction of shipping and return costs.
Complaints
If a product is found to be defective, a complaint can be submitted via email to info@glossa.pl. Please include the order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the defective product.
The defective product should be sent back to the store address. The complaint will be reviewed within 14 days of receiving the shipment, and information about further steps will be communicated via email.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
